Questions
What counts as a successful booking?
A confirmed appointment. If it's cancelled before the appointment time, you're never charged for it. Cancelling after the appointment time doesn't remove the charge — the slot was already used, so cancelling it after the fact doesn't undo that.
Is $0.50 the price for everyone?
It's the starting rate. It applies from your next billing cycle — never retroactively — and never changes without you knowing your rate in advance.
Can I run more than one business on one account?
Yes — as many as you want, each with its own bookings and billing, viewable combined or separately.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No. Create an account, set up a business, and you're live. Nothing is billed until a customer actually books.
